      My Dudies as Incharge provided guidance & work assignments up to 6 techincians.  Analysis of job specifications or Engineering drawing problems, in process & final quality inspections. Oversaw of level 1, 2, level 3 in the field. My Duties included Installed; Racks and Stacks IP DSLAM, FW 7500,4500,4100, MX-960, WEBMON, Cisco OC-192, Lucent, OC-48, OC-12 and  Cisco 15454, ATM/ JDS Uniphase Smart  Coupler in Central Office of SBC and AT&T facilities. My responsibility included installed power from equipment rack and fuse up at the Board Distribution Frame Bay (BDFB) to make sure equipment run and work properly before turn over to costumers of AT&T and SBC clients.    *  Troubleshoot, repair, test and maintenance of Voice/ Video/ Data

Installed ADC Time Hop 5500, DSX-1 and DSX-3.

Interface with Job walk for the project with Project  Manager and Engineers to resolve any order issues before Job Start Agreement (JSA) on site job specifications, drawings, documentation, QA/QC and inventory
